The fuel filler typically secures to the vehicle body. The fuel cap swings open like an OEM "capless" fuel filler. Nothing has to be unscrewed. The swing valve seals using an FKM O-ring. Furthermore, a press-fit dust cap tethers from the flange mount for quick access. The 30mm opening is large enough for both gasoline and diesel fill nozzles.

The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5in filler hose . The outer diameter is 4.75in and uses 4.25in P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1in. Requires a 77mm (3.03in) hole to be fabricated. The o-ring sealed 1.5in barbed outlet is interchangeable. By simply removing 6 screws, a different outlet adapter (sold separately) can be installed. If needed, a tether is also provided, as shown below.

NOTES 

• Uses the same threads as the dry break and the standard fill cap. They are all interchangeable.
• Does not include accessories to connect to the fuel tank.
• Can be upgraded later to a dry break using Radium 20-0549-V.
