Radium Engineering fuel surge tank installation kit for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, designed for a Radium fuel surge tank with a single 39mm fuel pump.
Vehicle compatibility: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. This kit is not designed for right-hand-drive Evo X models fitted with the large original windscreen washer reservoir. Check the reservoir configuration before ordering.
The installation bracket positions the fuel surge tank behind the rear seat and in front of the boot trim, retaining usable boot space. The powder-coated aluminium bracket attaches to factory mounting points without drilling or cutting. The original battery and washer bottle remain in place.
The kit includes wiring components with flying leads, Raychem solderless butt splices, a weatherproof fuse and relay. Four preassembled, cut-to-length PTFE hoses with anodised aluminium ends and protective black PVC covering are supplied in -6AN size. These hoses connect to the original fuel lines and are suitable for high-alcohol fuels, including E85.

Installation note: With a high-flow pump, the restrictive return port in the original fuel pump housing may cause higher static fuel pressure. The manufacturer's installation instructions describe a modification to the return port to reduce this restriction.
