When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders containing items that are in stock on the same working day when your order is placed. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Orders containing special-order, back-ordered or manufacturer-supplied items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated where applicable.
